︎ Job DetailsJob Title: HR ConsultantWorking Location: Remote / Occasionally onsite in Cincinnati, OHEmployment Type: Contract / Part-timeLanguage: English / Japanese (Japanese preferred)︎ Job DescriptionWe are seeking an HR professional who can leverage their experience and expertise to provide practical HR and organizational support to our clients, particularly those in the hospitality and consumer-facing industries.︎ Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and maintain Employee Handbooks and HR policiesDevelop and document HR policies, guidelines, and internal processesSupport clients in building and improving their HR foundations as they growDesign and deliver training programs based on organizational needsProvide support across areas such as Organization Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and People ManagementProvide HR advice and support to founders, executives, managers, and other stakeholdersHandle other HR-related projects based on client needs and your area of expertise︎ Required Qualifications & SkillsProfessional HR experience in the U.S. or with U.S.-based companiesExperience supporting HR functions within the restaurant and/or retail industriesStrong expertise in one or more HR disciplines, with hands-on experienceAbility to identify HR or organizational challenges and develop practical solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with founders, executives, and managersExperience as an HR Consultant, HRBP, HR Manager, or in a similar roleExperience in organizational development and/or corporate trainingExperience creating Employee Handbooks and/or HR policiesExperience in RPO, recruiting, or talent acquisition is a plusExperience with startups or high-growth companies is a plusExperience providing HR consulting services to multiple companies or clients is a plus
