Pay Range: $38 - $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established process requirements.
- Identify discrepancies, omissions, or items requiring follow-up and apply defined review criteria to determine next steps.
- Initiate and support outreach to associates to request corrections or additional information through an approved technology platform.
- Document review outcomes, status updates, and case activity accurately and consistently.
- Maintain organized tracking of assigned work to support timely completion and reporting.
- Escalate exceptions, unclear scenarios, or higher-risk items to the appropriate internal resource.
- Handle sensitive associate information with discretion and in accordance with privacy and confidentiality expectations.
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Reports to the designated project lead, manager, or business area contact.
- No direct reports.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have 2+ years of experience in Human Resource.
- Education- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience- Experience in administrative, compliance, operations support, audit, or records review work preferred.
- Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment preferred.
- Experience using workflow systems, case management tools, HR systems, or similar technology platforms preferred.
- Experience communicating with employees, customers, or internal stakeholders regarding follow-up actions or required corrections preferred.
- Knowledge, Abilities and Skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and documentation gaps.
- Ability to interpret and follow defined procedures, job aids, and escalation paths with consistency.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple records or cases simultaneously.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment when reviewing sensitive or potentially non-compliant information.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to provide clear, professional follow-up instructions.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity expectations.
- Comfort navigating multiple systems and reconciling information across tools or sources.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personal information appropriately.
- Proficiency with standard business technology, including spreadsheets, tracking tools, and web-based systems.

- Job Conditions- This is a full-time position working 37.75 hours per week, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- The position will report to either the Columbus, OH or Des Moines, IA office 5 days per week.
- Overtime Eligibility- Contractor classification and overtime treatment will be determined based on engagement structure.
- Working Conditions- This role primarily involves desk-based, detail-intensive work in a structured administrative or compliance environment.
- The position requires sustained focus, accurate data handling, and the ability to manage repetitive review tasks while maintaining quality and consistency.
