Job Description:

HR Consultant (Generalist)

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industries

• Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients including but not limited to:

• State and Federal Compliance

• Policy and handbook creation

• Recruiting

• Onboarding

• Benefits Administration

• Compensation

• Performance Management

• Employee Relations

• Reporting

• Coordinates manual changes and system updates with payroll processor and maintains data integrity in the HRIS/payroll system (ADP)

• Perform full-cycle recruitment services for multiple positions across all levels of a client's organization, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference/background checks

• Work with brokers to establish group benefits plans and manage entire benefits administration process (open enrollment, plan design, employee questions, invoice auditing)

• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries/requests that come through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox

• Build relationships with clients and employees as a trusted HR resource through clear and consistent communication and timely execution of deliverables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related studies preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• One year of HR experience
• Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

You're an ideal candidate if you also have the following preferred qualifications:

• Extensive experience using Excel and other data tools to conduct detailed analysis
• Previous experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred)
• Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, both with internal colleagues and external clients, at all levels within an organization
• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects for multiple clients
• HRCI / SHRM certification

The pay range for this position is $51,200 to $100,680. This range represents a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation the firm expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of relevant factors, including an applicant's skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
