    Description

    Making A Difference Foundation (MADF) is looking for a part-time HR Consultant to support our back office operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and experienced professional who can manage HR functions efficiently while working remotely or on-site as needed.

    Responsibilities include advising on HR policies, handling employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will play an essential role in streamlining HR processes and supporting the administrative backbone of the organization.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience as an HR consultant or in a similar role, preferably in back office operations
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
    • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office applications
    • Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantages
