The HR Controller will manage payroll accounting, compensation analysis, benefits financial oversight, and ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory HR requirements using tools such as QuickBooks Online.

The HR Controller serves as a key liaison between HR and Finance, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic workforce cost planning in a construction industry environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or advanced degree preferred
7+ years of experience in accounting or finance with exposure to HR or payroll functions
Experience supporting the construction industry or similar project-based environments preferred
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, benefits accounting, and compliance requirements
Experience working with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting platforms
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally
