Position Overview

Pinnacle Protection Group is seeking a highly organized and dependable Human Resources / Staffing Coordinator to support our growing operations. This position plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources department while assisting with scheduling and staffing for a workforce of 100+ security professionals.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department



Manage and oversee scheduling for 100+ employees




Approve and track Paid Time Off (PTO) requests




Handle employee call-offs and coordinate coverage for open shifts




Conduct new hire orientation and assist with onboarding documentation




Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping review




Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation




Communicate with field staff regarding schedules, shift changes, and staffing needs




Assist with recruiting tasks such as interview scheduling and applicant communication




Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned




Qualifications




Previous administrative, HR, or staffing coordination experience preferred




Experience scheduling a large workforce (100+ employees) strongly preferred




Strong organizational and time management skills




Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment




Excellent communication and customer service skills




Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)




Experience with TrackTik or similar workforce management software preferred




Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

3+ years of experience in an administrative, customer, scheduling or data entry environment
