Experience as a recruiter in another organization OR experience working in an educational environmentBachelor's degree requiredAbility to travel regularly to career fairs, college campuses, and other recruitment events within the region.Primary FunctionThis role is responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to source teachers, instructional leaders, and operations staff for our four schools in Camden, NJ. They will ensure a strong pipeline of candidates by managing relationships with key universities and organizations both locally and nationally (including HBCUs and HSIS); attending in-person and virtual career fairs and events; managing communications with key organizations and leveraging recruitment tools to headhunt and identify strong potential candidates.Implementation ActivitiesImplement on-campus recruitment events and initiatives (career fairs, information sessions, panels, professional learning, etc.)Use recruitment tools (applicant tracking systems, resume databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, and spreadsheets) to source high-quality talentIdentify, establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with local and national organizations that provide high quality and diverse talent for our schoolsStrengthen communication and relationships with school leaders and Selection recruiters to assess short and long-term talent needs and trendsManage Onboarding ProcessSupport the Human Resource Office functionsMajor Duties and ResponsibilitiesAbility to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate goals, strategies, projects, and initiativesAbility to successfully manage multiple tasks and responsibilitiesProven ability to take multiple perspectives to solve challenges in real-timeAbility to utilize data to inform practices and build short-term and long-term goalsAbility to collect and apply input from managers or team members to achieve strong resultsAbility to self-reflect and self-assess workstreamsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to learn quickly and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic, ambitious environmentTerms of Employment12-month contracted position.
