Trident Consulting is seeking an "HR Coordinator" for one of our clients in "Aliso Viejo, CA (5 days in the office a week)" A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: HR Coordinator
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (5 days in the office a week)
Type:Contract
Rate:$25/Hr W2

Requirement:

• Schedule and set up interviews
• Manage Meet & Greet for candidates
• Booking and setting travel itineraries (hotels and flights)
• Professionally working closely with the candidates, being the main point of contact
• Creating a great candidate experience and maintaining and following Glaukos procedures.
• Possibly booking travel itineraries for interviews
• Assisting the TA team with other duties -Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition
• BS Degree (new grad)
• Go-getter attitude
• Great culture fit
• Detail-oriented and Organized
• Willing to take initiative and is a self-starter
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written
• Problem-solving skills
• Has interest in learning HR
