HR Coordinator

LHH is partnering with a financial services organization seeking a highly organized and adaptable HR & Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy Human Resources team in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys wearing multiplehats, managing competing priorities, and serving as a key operational partner across recruiting and HR functions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives as a "utility player"—supporting a variety of administrative, recruiting, onboarding, and coordination activities while helping ensure a seamless employee and candidate experience.

Location: Baltimore, MD (100% onsite, 5 days per week)

Duration: ASAP through December 2026

Pay Rate: $24–$29/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews and manage complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders
  • Support recruiting operations, including candidate communication and interview logistics
  • Assist with onboarding activities and new hire coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within HR systems
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams
  • Assist with employee lifecycle activities and special projects as needed
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth processes and timely execution
  • Handle multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative, HR, recruiting coordination, or related experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems
  • Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, or HR processes preferred
  • Experience in a staffing agency or other high-volume, fast-paced environment is highly desirable
  • Experience with Workday and/or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus, but not required
