HR Coordinator | $21 - $28/hour | Benton Harbor, MI

A growing organization is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, employee recordkeeping, and various human resources initiatives. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and hiring managers throughout the employment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding activities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with benefits enrollment and employee communications
Support recruiting and hiring efforts
Prepare reports and HR-related documentation
Assist with employee engagement activities

Qualifications:

Previous HR or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
HRIS experience is a plus
