This position serves as a resource for employees, maintains accurate HR records, supports compliance with established policies and procedures, and assists with HR initiatives that support the organization's growth. Recruitment & OnboardingAssist with recruiting efforts, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring eventsGuide new hires through the onboarding process from offer acceptance through their first dayComplete background checks, E-Verify, and other pre-employment requirementsCoordinate new hire setup, including technology, benefits, and company resourcesMaintain driver eligibility and company auto insurance recordsOrientationPrepare orientation materials and conduct New Hire OrientationTrack onboarding completion and gather new hire feedbackEmployee EngagementCoordinate employee recognition programs and service awardsHelp plan employee engagement activities and eventsMaintain employee recognition displays and profilesGeneral HRServe as a welcoming first point of contact for employee HR questionsMaintain employee records and HR documentationProcess employment verifications and employee information updatesMaintain the company PTO calendarSupport HR compliance, audits, and special projects as neededWhat You Bring to the Table:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or 2+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or a related field.Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desired.Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience using HRIS and/or applicant tracking systems preferred.The Good Stuff:$21-26/hrPaid Holidays, Vacation, & Floating HolidaysMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans available401(K) retirement plan and company match after 1 year of employmentCompany paid Life Insurance and Short-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Free lunch provided daily in the break roomCrunch Gym Membership DiscountDiscounts at all Trolley House Hospitality companies including catering services and vending items in our warehouse
