Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Franklin Park, IL (Onsite)
Hire Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexibility required)
Compensation: $50,000+ DOE (depending on experience)
Benefits: Full benefits packet
Must have Skill Set:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • 1–3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or high-volume environment preferred
  • Strong experience supporting hourly workforce populations
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, and HR processes
Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator to support a fast-paced food manufacturing operation in Franklin Park, IL. This onsite role serves as a key HR contact for both hourly employees and leadership, providing day-to-day HR support across onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and workforce coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, approachable, and comfortable working directly within a production environment to support both employees and operational needs.

Job Duties:
  • Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding, including orientation and paperwork completion
  • Support full-cycle recruiting for general labor and production positions
  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Assist with employee relations including coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Partner with supervisors and leadership to support staffing and workforce needs
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with company policies
  • Assist with training coordination and documentation tracking
  • Generate HR reports related to attendance, headcount, and workforce metrics
  • Support additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • 1–3+ years of HR experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing or high-volume environments
  • Experience supporting hourly employee populations strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Comfortable working onsite in a production-based setting with flexibility for early shift support
