Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Franklin Park, IL (Onsite)
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexibility required for earlier start times as needed)
Compensation: $50,000 - 60,000 (DOE)

Must have Skill Set:
- Bilingual Spanish & English required
- 1–3+ years HR experience in manufacturing or high-volume environment preferred
- Experience supporting hourly workforce populations
- Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, and core HR processes
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator to support a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Franklin Park, IL. This role serves as a key HR point of contact for hourly employees and plant leadership, supporting onboarding, recruitment, employee relations, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable working directly in a production environment while partnering closely with operations to support workforce needs and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate and execute onboarding for new hires, including orientation and paperwork completion
- Support full-cycle recruiting for general labor and production roles
- Serve as a primary HR contact for employee questions and concerns
- Assist with employee relations including coaching, corrective action, and terminations
- Partner with supervisors and operations leadership on workforce planning needs
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist with training coordination and documentation tracking
- Generate HR reports including attendance, headcount, and workforce metrics
- Support additional HR projects and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- 1–3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or high-volume environments preferred
- Experience working with hourly workforce populations strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working onsite in a production-driven setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
