Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Franklin Park, IL (Onsite)
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexibility required for earlier start times as needed)
Compensation: $50,000 - 60,000 (DOE)

Must have Skill Set:
  • Bilingual Spanish & English required
  • 1–3+ years HR experience in manufacturing or high-volume environment preferred
  • Experience supporting hourly workforce populations
  • Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, and core HR processes
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator to support a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Franklin Park, IL. This role serves as a key HR point of contact for hourly employees and plant leadership, supporting onboarding, recruitment, employee relations, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable working directly in a production environment while partnering closely with operations to support workforce needs and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Job Duties:
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding for new hires, including orientation and paperwork completion
  • Support full-cycle recruiting for general labor and production roles
  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Assist with employee relations including coaching, corrective action, and terminations
  • Partner with supervisors and operations leadership on workforce planning needs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist with training coordination and documentation tracking
  • Generate HR reports including attendance, headcount, and workforce metrics
  • Support additional HR projects and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • 1–3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or high-volume environments preferred
  • Experience working with hourly workforce populations strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working onsite in a production-driven setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
