HR Coordinator - Boston, MA

We are seeking candidates for an HR Coordinator position with a leading investment management firm located in Boston, MA. This position will support the Global DEI by providing high-level administrative and operational support of the firm’s priorities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of executive support and human resources experience within a professional services environment. 

This is a direct hire position that will pay a base salary between $85,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience). This position is required to be on-site 4 days per week in their Boston office. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive administrative support to the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (GDEI) team, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting logistics.

  • Coordinate high-profile internal and external events, conferences, and association partnerships.

  • Support GDEI initiatives by assisting with committee coordination, business network programs, client materials, communications, and inclusion initiatives.

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for client RFP/RFI questionnaires.

  • Manage special projects focused on improving and automating HR operational processes.

  • Coordinate learning and development programs and maintain relationships with external training vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 3+ years of executive support experience, preferably within Human Resources in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Self-motivated, service-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and proactive mindset.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
