HR CoordinatorThis opportunity is with a large organization in the Financial Services industry, known for its structured processes and commitment to delivering exceptional results. The company values efficiency, precision, and professionalism in all its operations.Job DescriptionCoordinate campus recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer generation, and onboarding. Support the planning and execution of internship programs, networking events, workshops, and social activities. Manage logistics for both virtual and on-campus recruiting events. Partner with external vendors and oversee event-related details, including catering and venue coordination. Maintain recruiting systems and ensure accurate candidate and program tracking. Create and update recruiting reports, presentations, and data analyses using Excel and PowerPoint. Assist with diversity recruiting initiatives and employer branding efforts. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, interns, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting process. Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition and Campus Recruiting teams. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful HR Coordinator should have: Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, talent acquisition, campus recruiting, or a related administrative/coordinator role. Previous internship experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Campus Programs is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and create professional presentations. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor. Comfortable interacting with candidates, interns, senior leaders, and external vendors. Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong event coordination and project management skills a plus. Interest in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, employer branding, and early-career talent programs. Willingness to work onsite in Manhattan 5 days per week through the fall recruiting season, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter. Flexible to support recruiting events and intern programming outside of standard business hours when needed.What's on OfferHourly pay in the range of $20 to $30, depending on experience and qualifications.
