JOB SUMMARY

Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources and the Human Resources Manager, or Designee, the Human Resources Coordinator provides routine administrative, clerical and logistical support work for the Human Resources Department. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining records, processing paperwork, entering data, preparing standard correspondence and assisting with the day-to-day administration of established HR processes. The position supports recruitment, assists with onboarding and general HR operations. Performs related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES

  • Familiarity with administrative HR support functions and office procedures.
  • Ability to follow established processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic HR or applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate degree, preferably with coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and two (2) years of human resources experience supporting recruitment, employment, or administrative HR functions.
