HR Coordinator- Foothill Ranch, CA
7am-4pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Provides customer service support to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
•Partners with local functional teams as well as corporate personnel to achieve organizational objectives
•Supports recruiting and onboarding: Conduct new employee onboarding process and sets employee up in HRIS systems.
•Responsible for temporary employee maintenance
•Coordinates and assist with the offboarding process
• Maintains the confidentiality of human resource files and records
•Leaves of Absences: Track and manage all leaves, including monitoring start and expected return dates, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring employees do not exceed allotted leave entitlements in compliance with company policy and applicable laws.
•Assists with employee training records and monthly reporting, as needed
• Maintains data integrity in the HRIS and ERP systems
• Facilitates with planning and execution of special events such as open enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, employee engagement events, anniversary celebrations, and employee training
• Participates in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned
