Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Human Resources or administrative support experience preferred
• Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Job Duties:

• Support full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview scheduling
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and new hire paperwork
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and HRIS data accurately
• Assist with background checks, drug screenings, and employment verifications
• Support timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll-related data entry
• Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and workplace standards
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department as needed
