HR Coordinator
Partners Personnel is now hiring an HR Coordinator!
The HR Coordinator will support daily HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and employee record maintenance. Responsibilities include assisting with HR-related research, data entry, preparing internal communications, and supporting compliance and documentation processes.
This role provides valuable hands-on experience and exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the HR field.
Job Title: HR Coordinator
Pay Rate: $28.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, administrative, and data management skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using software such as Microsoft Office Suite and HR tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant coursework or interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
