Responsibilities: As an HR Coordinator II, you will provide advanced administrative and operational support across a range of HR functions while serving as a resource for employees and leadership.
What You'll Need
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Associate degree or coursework in HR, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Skills & Abilities:
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws/regulations
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
Professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong data entry and administrative accuracy
