What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting employees across multiple locations with day-to-day HR needs
• Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
• Managing background checks and onboarding compliance
• Handling I-9s and immigration documentation
• Acting as a key point of contact for store-level HR support
• Keeping processes organized, compliant, and running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of solid, hands-on HR experience (non-negotiable)
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and documentation
• Ability to work independently and step up when needed
• Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable supporting a distributed workforce
