Overview

A leading organization is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onsite human resources operations in a fast paced environment. This role is ideal for early career HR professionals who are proactive, organized, and eager to grow their HR skillset. The HR Coordinator partners closely with the local HR Business Partner and site leadership to support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, engagement initiatives, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for day to day employee relations and HR related questions, leveraging an internal HR Shared Services model
  • Support and facilitate HR system processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities, including coordination and documentation
  • Lead and support employee engagement initiatives and onsite activities
  • Create clear, concise, and professional HR communications (flyers, emails, text messages)
  • Own and manage HR administrative processes from start to finish
  • Partner with the local HRBP and management team to support HR programs and initiatives
  • Provide general HR coordination and operational support as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Associate s degree required (Bachelor s degree preferred)
  • 1 3 years of experience in HR, coordination, administration, or a fast paced operational environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently from start to completion
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer skills
  • Self starter who thrives in a dynamic, team oriented, matrixed environment
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in professional and social workplace settings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast paced or operational environment
  • Exposure to HR processes such as onboarding, employee engagement, or recruiting coordination
