Coordinate and schedule key employee events such as orientations, benefits enrollment, and exit processes. Support employee engagement initiatives and help create a positive, energetic workplace culture. Maintain accurate employee records by scanning, organizing, and updating documentation in HR systems. Enter and update employee data in HRIS/ADP systems with strong attention to detail. Act as a go-to resource for employees by handling onboarding check-ins and general HR questions. Support recognition programs and workplace experience (badges, verifications, celebrations, milestones). Qualificationsarrow_right 0-2 years of administrative, customer service, or HR support experience (we'll teach you the HR side). Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred - or equivalent experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail, especially with data entry and recordkeeping. Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable style. Customer-service mindset with the ability to work with a diverse workforce. Ability to maintain confidentiality and quickly learn new systems (Microsoft Office required; HR systems a plus).
