HR Coordinator

Pay: $25.00-$30.00/hour DOE
Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and people-focused HR Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. This role serves as a key member of the HR team, helping ensure a positive employee experience while supporting talent acquisition and day-to-day human resources functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or general HR experience who is looking to expand their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting tools
- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with hiring managers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate communications and interview logistics
- Conduct candidate outreach and build talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Support recruiters throughout the hiring process
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and paperwork
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees
- Support employee engagement programs, training initiatives, and company culture activities
- Assist with orientation and onboarding presentations
HR Administration
- Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS databases
- Assist with offer letters, employee documentation, and HR reporting
- Update and maintain employee records, recruiting data, and personnel information
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR records
- Support compliance and HR process improvement initiatives
Employee Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR-related questions
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams
- Assist with special projects and general HR operations as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or candidate sourcing; OR a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Recruiting, scheduling, or onboarding experience preferred
- Familiarity with ATS, HRIS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Workday is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for creating a great employee and candidate experience
Schedule
- Monday-Friday | 8 to 5
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
