Responsibilities:
- First point of contact in the Human Resources Department for internal and external customers.
- Provides information to employees regarding HR practices, programs, job openings, training, and benefits.
- Supports the entire Human Resources team.
- Collaborates and provides support to a diverse scope of department initiatives.
- Enters and maintains accurate Human Resource Information Systems records.
- Engaged in the entire recruiting process through job posting, interview scheduling, prepping interview packets, and closing jobs.
- Develops and maintains a professional relationship with leaders and employees by ensuring a sense of trust, confidentiality, and respect.
- Works to streamline and improve administrative processes.
- Assists with compliance of the company’s Affirmative Action Plan.
- Completes employee filing in digital and paper form.

Requirements:
HR Coordinator I
Associate’s degree from a regionally or nationally accredited college or university in human resources management, training, communications, or related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience supporting human resource programs.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting and onboarding software and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) preferred.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, copilot, and PowerPoint).
- Effective and flexible written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedicated to the internal and external customer experience.
- Ability to effectively plan work activities, schedules, priorities, and utilization of resources.
- Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Other combinations of experience and/or education may be considered.
Starting Range: $52,583-$67,306
HR Coordinator II
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally or nationally accredited college or university in human resources management, training, communications, or related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience supporting human resource programs.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Experience in employee onboarding preferred.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Copilot, and PowerPoint).
- Effective and flexible written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedicated to the internal and external customer experience.
- Ability to effectively plan work activities, schedules, priorities, and utilization of resources.
- Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability in helping customers navigate through complex or sensitive issues, keeping the customer's best interests in mind.
- Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Starting Range: $59,861-$76,921

This candidate pool will be evaluated for full-time and temporary opportunities. If selected for the temporary status role, the employee's employment and benefit status will be that of a temporary employee.
This role may be filled on a regular basis without further competition at the conclusion of the assignment by the employee selected for the temporary status role.
This is a primarily on-site position. Occasional hybrid work options may be available for this role based on business need.

In compliance with state laws, we provide the full salary range for each position, along with the typical hiring range based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
