This opening will mark the resurgence of luxury nightlife experiences in New York with dynamic food and beverage venues and programming that will make Faena the ultimate destination for the sophisticated traveler to New York.Job DescriptionThe Human Resources Coordinator supports the Human Resources department in the administration of daily HR operations including recruitment coordination onboarding employee records management benefits administration and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.This role serves as a key liaison between employees managers and HR leadership ensuring that HR processes are executed accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. The HR Coordinator assists with employee lifecycle administration HR documentation internal communications and HR programs that support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.This full-time position has an hourly rate of 30.00 per hour.Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managersMaintain applicant tracking systems and ensure candidate records remain accurate and currentMaintain organized recruitment files and candidate documentationCoordinate onboarding processes for new hires including employment documentationEnsure all new hire documentation is completed in accordance with company policies and legal requirementsAssist with completion and verification of employment eligibility documentation I-9Maintain employee personnel files ensuring accuracy completeness and confidentialityProcess employee status changes including promotions transfers and terminationsUpdate employee records in HR systems as changes occurProvide administrative support for day-to-day HR operationsRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and general HR mattersMaintain HR databases and employee recordsAssist with benefits administration including disability leave enrollment support and employee communicationsManager workers compensation claims and ensure accuracy of records for complianceMaintain HR documentation including policies forms and internal proceduresAssist HR leadership with addressing employee questions and general workplace concernsSupport employee engagement initiatives and internal HR programsMaintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee mattersAssist with documentation related to employee relations matters when requiredPromote a positive and respectful workplace environment aligned with Faena valuesMaintain employment compliance documentation and required recordsEnsure employee acknowledgement of policies and required documentationAssist with HR audits and documentation reviewsAssist with coordinating employee training programs and required compliance trainingQualificationsMinimum 2-3 years experience in Human Resources.
