HR Coordinator | Organizational Development & Learning | Day | Full-Time

Overview:

 Location: Jacksonville/St Augustine
 FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
️ Schedule: Monday – Friday 

 

Supports the human resources functions within the organization by managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. Ensures smooth communication between management and staff regarding HR policies and facilitates employee development through training programs. Supports payroll and benefits administration while monitoring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Assists in resolving employee relations issues and preparing HR reports for management review.

Responsibilities:

• Supports HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.

• Supports payroll and benefits administration.
• Monitors compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Resolves employee relations issues and prepares HR reports.
• Maintains accurate and confidential HR documentation.
• Coordinates HR activities to enhance employee experience.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years - Recruitment and onboarding support
• 2+ years - Employee records and payroll assistance
• 2+ years - Benefits administration and compliance
• 2+ years - Employee relations support
• 2+ years - HR reporting
