HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, screening, shortlisting, and identifying talent for numerous opportunities, ranging from entry-level to senior-level professionals.

Responsibilities:

* Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding efforts by partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, coordinate offers, and ensure a seamless new hire experience from onboarding through orientation

* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and recruitment events while managing tracking system, candidate communications, interview coordination, and pre employment processes

* Support employee relations and HR operations by responding to employee inquiries, assisting with benefits administration, managing onboarding/offboarding documentation, maintaining confidential HR records, and coordinating internal communications and engagement initiatives

* Contribute to organizational growth and workforce development through recruitment analytics, compensation and market trend analysis, performance management support, workforce planning, and the development and delivery of employee training and talent management programs



Required Skills & Experience:

* Must have 5 years of recruiting experience in a similar environment; Must have experience in onboarding

* Must have experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm

* Must have degree in Human Resources, Business Administration., or related field
