LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively building a pipeline of Human Resources Coordinators for upcoming opportunities with clients across a variety of industries. This posting is designed to identify HR professionals with experience in onboarding, employee support, HR administration, benefits coordination, recruiting support, and HRIS systems.

What You May Be Doing

• Coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Assist with benefits enrollment and employee questions

• Support recruiting efforts, interview scheduling, and candidate communication

• Process employment verifications, background checks, and compliance documentation

• Assist with leave administration and HR reporting

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries

• Support HR projects, training initiatives, and employee events

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HR, recruiting, onboarding, or employee support experience

• Experience with HRIS, ATS, or benefits administration systems preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Preferred Experience

• Employee onboarding and orientation

• Benefits administration

• Recruiting coordination

• HR compliance and recordkeeping

• HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, BambooHR, ADP, or Paycom

Compensation

Typical compensation for HR Coordinator opportunities in the Portland market ranges from $25-$30/hour, depending on experience, industry, and position type. Salary data is consistent with internal HR market guides.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
