Job Description:
The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support across multiple HR functions, including employee credentials and compliance, benefits administration, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee communications, and HR systems. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and managers by responding to HR-related inquiries and helping ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
We are particularly excited to find someone who is interested in leveraging technology and exploring innovative AI solutions to improve HR operations, employee experience, and business outcomes.
This role is intentionally designed as a developmental opportunity for an early-career professional seeking to build a broad foundation in Human Resources and grow into increasingly strategic HR responsibilities over time.

Pay range for this position is $48,000-75,000 + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
