Full-Time Human Resources Coordinator

Reseda, CA | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation, offboarding, and employee records.
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and workers' compensation.
  • Maintain HR files, employee credentials, compliance, and regulatory documentation.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Support performance tracking, reporting, and other HR initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum one year of Human Resources or Recruiting experience.
  • Experience with hiring, onboarding, and employee relations preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll and HR compliance is a plus.
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
