Basic Job Functions:
The HR Coordinator is primarily responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring activities, and supporting workforce planning initiatives. In addition to recruiting, this role provides supports and assists with all other HR functions as needed. The HR Coordinator reports directly to the HR & Talent Manager.

- Two years of work experience in an Recruiting, HR related field
- OR a combination of related work experience and education
Preferred Qualifications:
- Payroll, Recruiting and HR experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- SAP or similar HRIS experience
- HR Certification
