ECG’s Corporate Operations team has 110-plus employees associated with ECG offices across the country. These team members keep the business running, manage payroll and benefits, ensure deliverables are high quality, hire and train employees, market our services, streamline business processes, and much more. Corporate Operations departments include Administrative Services, Business Development, Document Production Center, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Marketing.
Your Opportunity with ECG: HR Coordinator
ECG is seeking an HR coordinator with a demonstrated passion for enhancing the employee experience. You will provide critical support to new hires as they begin their career with ECG. Here, no two days or projects are alike, which means you’ll have a lot to learn and plenty of support to help you succeed.
Reporting to the HR operations manager, the coordinator will be responsible for onboarding new employees, supporting our compliance processes, and ensuring systems and processes are accurate and up to date.
In a fast-paced consulting environment where head count shifts, promotions accelerate, and multi-state compliance requirements evolve constantly, this role brings discipline, structure, and focuses on the details.

: The estimated base salary range for this job is $37.50 - $40.38 hourly. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. The job is also eligible to participate in ECG’s benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching program, PTO, and other wellness programs. :
