Job Description: Position Overview: This role supports a fast paced site HR organization focused on delivering consistent, compliant, and employee centered HR operations. The HR Coordinator partners closely with the site HR Manager and HR team to support the execution of day to day human resources activities and provides frontline support to employees and people leaders. This role offers strong exposure to all areas of HR and is an excellent developmental opportunity for early career HR professionals. The HR Coordinator is primarily responsible for administrative, coordination, and transactional support across core HR processes while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to policies and procedures. In this role, you will: * Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on routine HR inquiries, directing questions appropriately and escalating issues to the HR Manager as needed * Support the execution of HR policies, programs, and initiatives, including onboarding, employee data changes, and training coordination * Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation scheduling, system access requests, and onboarding checklists * Assist with recruiting coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, requisition tracking, and pre‑employment process support * Support employee lifecycle events such as job changes, leaves of absence, transfers, and terminations, in partnership with HR Services and the HR Manager * Prepare routine HR reports, trackers, and documentation to support site‑level reporting and workforce needs * Support coordination of employee relations activities by documenting information, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials as directed by the HR Manager * Partner with HR Services and other shared services teams to ensure smooth processing of transactional HR activities * Provide administrative support for engagement, training, and culture initiatives at the site * Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive employee information at all times Required (Basic) Qualifications: * Minimum one (1) year of experience in human resources, HR administration, or a related administrative role * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications: * Two (2) or more years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR administrative role * Experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution, or fast‑paced operations environment * Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee data management * Experience coordinating recruiting or onboarding processes Position Success Criteria: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data, documentation, and processes * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment * Professional communication skills and customer‑service mindset * Demonstrated reliability, follow‑through, and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality * Willingness to learn and grow across multiple functional areas of Human Resources * Models values and commitment to inclusion, integrity, and teamwork Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
