Our client is a well-established local nonprofit with a mission in mind to identify a HR Coordinator to add to their team! Their Human Resources department has a close-knit team and leadership who invents in every employee's success. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a heart for their community.


Overview of the Human Resources Coordinator role:


  • Manage Job Postings

  • Support Clinical Managers with the recruiting/onboarding process

  • Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to identify best practices and process improvements

  • Audit Payroll, Background Checks, References

  • Safety Committee




Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator:



  • 2+ years of recruiting experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field

  • Strong sense of urgency, communication skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization

  • Proficient with MS Office, Paylocity experience is a plus.


Salary: $19-21/hour
