Summary:
This role involves processing termination transactions, managing retirement and contract end processes, ensuring data changes, administering separation documentation, and monitoring adherence to legal and policy requirements.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Processing voluntary and involuntary termination transactions in Workday or other HR systems.
  • Managing retirement, end of assignment, and contract end processes.
  • Ensuring completion of final pay impacting data changes, coordinating where applicable with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams.
  • Administering separation-related documentation (e.g., termination letters, severance documentation, exit packages, compliance forms).
  • Monitoring adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the offboarding process.
 
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
 
Desired Skills:
  • Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday.
  • Strong understanding of payroll and time & attendance processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to HR operations.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.08 - $35.08 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
