Project Overview:

• Dynamic and versatile contingent workers to join HR department.
• Will be supporting an I-9 audit and working on digitizing our files.
• The role will report to the HRBP & DEI teams and also assist with ad hoc administrative tasks.
• Experience with Content/Records Management Systems, SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus.

• Assist with audits and compliance reviews
• Scan various documents and upload to/design appropriate repository
• Support the HRBP team with ad hoc administrative tasks & reporting requests as needed
• Performs all other duties as assigned

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS) is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
• Work with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
• Clear understanding of Content/Records Management systems
• Basic understanding of library systems
• Understanding taxonomy/metadata
• Experience with Content Server or other established records management systems
