HR Coordinator
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
Location: Onsite – York, PA 17402
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required based on business needs)

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for temporary employee onboarding, new hire orientation, workforce scheduling, employee tracking, HR administration, and coordinating temporary-to-full-time conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding for temporary employees and serve as the HR point of contact.
- Facilitate weekly new hire orientation and ensure onboarding documentation is complete.
- Maintain workforce rosters, scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping records.
- Track temporary employee hours and manage conversion eligibility (480-hour threshold).
- Support performance tracking, attendance, disciplinary documentation, and employee status updates.
- Maintain HR records, prepare reports, support audits, and assist with employee communications.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of HR, staffing, or workforce coordination experience.
- Manufacturing or high-volume environment experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Background check and drug screening.
Preferred
- Experience with staffing agencies and temporary workforce programs.
- HRIS experience (Dayforce or similar).
- Workforce scheduling and HR compliance knowledge.
Work Environment
- 100% onsite in a manufacturing facility.
- Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM with schedule flexibility as needed.
- Safety toe shoes are required (employee provided); all other PPE is supplied onsite.
