    Description

    Brandy Rice with the Forum Group PNW is seeking a Bilingual HR Corporate Recruiter for her well respected client based in the Boston, MA area.

    The HR Corporate Recruiter will play an important role in attracting and hiring qualified talent across corporate and field operations. This position will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruiting solutions.

    In addition to recruiting responsibilities, the HR Corporate Recruiter will assist with onboarding activities, including I-9 verification, and provide support for broader HR initiatives as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and hourly positions while maintaining a workload of approximately 15–20 open requisitions.
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define position requirements, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
    • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other sourcing tools to identify and attract qualified candidates.
    • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with company values.
    • Support onboarding activities, including I-9 verification and coordination among new hires, HR, and hiring teams.
    • Assist with general HR initiatives, projects, and administrative processes as needed.
    • Track, maintain, and report recruiting metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
    • Provide candidates with a professional, timely, and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Bilingual in Spanish/ English required
    • Four to six years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting both corporate and field-based positions.
    • Working knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding procedures and employment compliance requirements such as I-9 verification.
    • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, the ADP recruiting module, and other applicant tracking systems.
    • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
    • Ability to work on-site when not traveling.
