We are seeking an experienced HR Analytics Consultant with a strong background in human resources and advanced data analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Power BI and SAS to support the preparation of data-driven insights and the development of executive-level dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Perform statistical analysis and data modeling using SAS
Collect, clean, and prepare HR datasets for reporting and analytical purposes
Translate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
Partner with HR leadership to identify trends in workforce, headcount, attrition, compensation, and performance data
Support ad hoc data requests and analytical projects as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Power BI dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX
Hands-on SAS experience data manipulation, statistical procedures, reporting
Strong background in HR data familiarity with HRIS systems and HR metrics
Proficiency in data preparation, cleansing, and transformation
Ability to work independently and deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment
