Job Summary:This position supports the HR Department by maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Requires high attention to detail, strict data privacy compliance, and strong organizational skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain Accurate and up-to-date data in employee paper and HRIS files (1 Corinthians 15:58)
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee files and records (1 Chronicles 29:17)
- Answer frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies while referring more complex questions to appropriate senior-level or management HR staff
- Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately (Colossians 3:17)
- Provide clerical support to the HR department (Ephesians 4:16)
- Assist with onboarding new hires and offboarding terminated employees
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor (Colossians 3:23)Job Skills and Competencies:
