The Manager, HR Digital and User Experience is responsible for shaping and delivering a simple, intuitive, and effective digital experience for Teammates, managers, and HR partners. This role leads the design, optimization, and governance of HR digital products and journeys-ensuring HR technology is human‑centered, data‑enabled, and aligned with business strategy.
