HR Director
A growing home care agency in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead internal recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Looking for a smart, organized, and proactive leader who understands hiring strategy, recruiting operations, and team building. Candidate must live locally and not have a long commute.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all internal recruitment efforts
- Build and manage hiring processes and recruiting strategies
- Source, interview, and hire strong talent across departments
- Work closely with leadership on staffing needs and growth plans
- Improve recruiting workflows and hiring efficiency
- Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment required
- Prior HR leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast-paced operator with strong organizational abilities
- Home care or healthcare experience is a plus

Salary: $140K$175K DOE
