Century Group is in search of an experienced HR Director to join a team in the Cherry Creek area of Denver. Qualified candidates with 8+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $150,000 per year.

Job Description:

  • Develop HR strategies that support the organization's culture
  • Align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy
  • Employee Relations and legal procedures in place
  • Develop and manage competitive salary structures and benefits programs
  • Implement effective performance management systems
  • HR Compliance
  • Prepare and analyze internal financial statements ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
  • Participate in a wide variety of special projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
