Job Description
We’re in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources director to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and training; play a key role in strategic planning and business administration; and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players.
Compensation:$80,000 - $110,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget
- Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements
- Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation
- Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports
- Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
- Lead a Team of HR professionals to support the Bedrosians Organization.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems that align with our company's goals.
- Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure we attract, onboard, and retain top talent.
- Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations and performance management.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address training and development needs, enhancing employee skills and career growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field
- 3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position
- Over 5 years of Human Resource Supervisory experience.
- Professional in HR (PHR) or SHRM-CP certification or similar organization.
