Schedule: Monday-Friday (4 days onsite, 1 remote)
Pay: $80-90k annually
Position Summary
The Employee Relations Manager leads the organization's employee relations function, overseeing complex investigations, driving policy development, and partnering with leadership to foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage employee relations programs, policies, and initiatives
- Oversee complex and high-risk investigations, ensuring thorough and compliant processes
- Advise senior leadership on employee relations strategy, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support a positive workplace environment
- Analyze trends and metrics to identify risks and recommend solutions
- Coach and train managers on employee relations best practices and performance management
- Partner with legal and HR teams on sensitive matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or HR certification preferred
- 3 years of employee relations experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of employment law and compliance
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to manage complex and sensitive workplace issues
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, MS Office Suite
Legal industry experience is a plus!
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
