Responsibilities:

Supports a high-volume employee relations function by partnering with leaders and employees to address workplace concerns and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.

Manages a diverse caseload of employee relations matters, including employee complaints, workplace conflicts, performance concerns, policy violations, and corrective action. Conducts investigations, gathers and analyzes information, documents findings, and recommends appropriate resolutions in accordance with organizational policies and employment laws. Provides guidance and support to leaders on performance management, coaching, documentation, corrective action, and employee conduct issues. Assists in resolving workplace concerns through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution while promoting a positive employee experience. Researches and analyzes employee relations trends and case data, preparing reports and recommendations to support informed decision-making. Educates leaders and employees on employee relations policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization. Builds strong working relationships with employees, leaders, and HR partners to foster trust, support engagement, and contribute to a respectful and productive work environment.

 

Qualifications:

REQUIRED

 

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required.
  2. Four (4) years of progressive Employee Relations experience, with demonstrated experience in employee relations case management, workplace investigations, performance management, corrective action, and leadership coaching.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload of employee relations matters while exercising sound judgment, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring consistent application of policies and employment practices.

PREFERRED

 

  1. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with computers and word processing systems
  2. Certification in Human Resources through workshops, seminar, or coursework
Work Hours:: 8:00am-4:30pm
