The Resource is recruiting an experienced
HR Employee Relations Analyst for our client. This professional-level Human Resources position is ideal for individuals with a passion for employee relations, workplace investigations, policy compliance, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
The HR Employee Relations Analyst works closely with leadership and employees to support a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices. The successful candidate will be a trusted HR resource, providing guidance on employee relations matters, conducting investigations, facilitating training, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Employee Relations Analyst, you will:
- Conduct workplace and employee relations investigations following established best practices
- Counsel managers and employees on Human Resources policies and procedures
- Review, research, and recommend updates to personnel policies and programs
- Support performance management initiatives and employee development efforts
- Develop and deliver employee and leadership training programs
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute routine and ad hoc HR reports
- Mediate workplace conflicts and facilitate problem resolution
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems
- Support benefits administration and employee benefit programs
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and external agencies
- Draft employee communications, policy updates, and organizational announcements
- Conduct exit interviews and identify trends for organizational improvement
- Assist with leave administration and employee accommodation processes
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Stay informed of Human Resources trends, employment law updates, and industry best practices
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a closely related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and policy compliance
- Equivalent combinations of education and extensive HR experience may be considered
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

- Understanding of federal anti-discrimination laws and equal employment regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following credentials are highly preferred:
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, IPMA-CP, or IPMA-SCP certification
- Formal training in workplace investigations
- Mediation certification or conflict resolution training
- Experience supporting public sector or large organizational HR operations
- Experience developing and delivering employee training programs
