Location: Tampa, 33619 – This position is onsite

Pay: $59,000 yearly

Type: Direct hire

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

Job description

  1. Provide executive administrative support to Human Resources leadership by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, expense documentation, and supporting daily operations and special projects.
  2. Coordinate HR programs and initiatives including leadership development, employee onboarding, new hire orientation, employee recognition, annual contracts, compensation reporting, and company-wide communications such as holiday calendars and mailings.
  3. Maintain HR records and systems by updating HRIS data, employee policies, job descriptions, salary and grade structures, online directories, and generating reports to ensure accurate and confidential documentation.
  4. Support compensation, budgeting, and benefits administration by assisting with salary benchmarking, fiscal year budget preparation, Compensation Committee meetings, annual benefits enrollment, and employee benefit inquiries.
  5. Perform general office and departmental support including organizing meetings, preparing employee files, filing, scanning, ordering office supplies, processing reimbursements and check requests, and completing additional administrative projects as assigned.

 

Nice to have

  • Associate’s Degree preferred

Requirements

  • Must have (5) years of executive support or equivalent
  • Must be MS Office proficient including MS Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check required
