Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Generalist Admin to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front and back office operations including scheduling, patient flow, and communications
  • Manage administrative staff by providing leadership, training, and performance support
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, scheduling, and employee engagement activities
  • Interact with patients in person and over the phone while fostering a warm, professional environment
Requirements:
  • Understand written procedures and apply detailed notes to perform tasks consistently
  • Demonstrate strong written communication skills and follow oral instructions accurately
  • Solve administrative and scheduling issues using critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Use EMR systems and office applications with proficiency
  • Perform basic math and scheduling tasks accurately and consistently
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED; some college coursework is preferred
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a medical office environment
  • Prefer experience in patient reception, check-in, scheduling, or check-out
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
