As our HR Generalist, you'll be a key point of contact for employees across our business units, supporting everything from recruiting and onboarding to benefits, payroll, employee relations, and HR compliance. This is a hands-on role for someone who's thorough, personable, and comfortable wearing a lot of hats.What You'll DoCoordinate full-cycle recruiting, including posting roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviewsFacilitate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth start for every new employeeManage day-to-day HR processes in Isolved HCM, including employee records, benefits enrollment, and payroll supportAssist with payroll processing, including timekeeping review, data entry, and resolving pay discrepanciesSupport administration of compensation and benefits programsServe as a point of contact for employee relations questions, documenting and escalating issues as appropriateMaintain accurate, confidential HR documentation and personnel filesHelp ensure HR practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment lawsSupport HR-related projects and initiatives across EN's business unitsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience2+ years of experience in an HR generalist, coordinator, or related support roleHands-on experience with Isolved HCM strongly preferred - you'll be using it daily for HR, benefits, and payroll functionsWorking knowledge of HR practices and applicable federal and state employment lawsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levelsHigh degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential informationStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working in a hybrid environment, splitting time between our Albuquerque office and remote workWhy Join ENYou'll join a team that genuinely cares about doing right by its people and its industry.
